Astronomy Enrichment Travel
Join Dennis on a variety of exciting and fun-filled trips to the most exotic locations on the globe, to experience such cosmic wonders as
the northern lights, eclipses, and more. If you’ve got an inquisitive mind and love to experience our world—and others—these cosmic
adventures are definitely for you!
Join Dennis for a northern lights adventure of a lifetime, as we gaze
upon the stunning skies of Interior Alaska.
If you've been holding off, keep in mind we’ll be at the top of the 11-year
solar activity cycle when the northern lights are at their strongest.
Few places on Earth are as good for viewing the lights as Fairbanks,
Alaska, the Aurora Capital of the U.S., and it’s here where you'll learn to
predict, view and photograph these most magical of dancing lights.
During the daytime we’ll visit the University of Alaska’s remarkable
Museum of the North, the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, the World Ice Art
Championships and more. And we’ll spend four days/nights enjoying
the Chena Hot Springs Resort where we can hike, go dog sledding, visit
the Ice Museum or the Geothermal Energy / Greenhouse, or just relax
with a dip in the natural hot springs.
And, of course, you’ll have each night to seek out the northern lights
at your leisure, or with Dennis and/or others in our group.
To learn more about this amazing week, please send Dennis an email right away. Space is very limited! I know you’ll have a fantastic
time you won’t soon forget!
